Compliance And LegitScript

Do I need an LLC before we start? Can you help me set one up?

Yes, you need your LLC and EIN document in place by your onboarding call. We don't assist with the legal process of setting up an LLC. A business attorney or an online formation service can walk you through it quickly.

Does it matter which state I form my LLC in, or what I name it?

There are no real restrictions on the state, and any state works. Some clients file in Wyoming or Delaware. Keep the name short and easy to spell, and check the trademark. We aren't lawyers, so this isn't legal advice. Run anything by your attorney or CPA.

Do I need a special business structure for telehealth?

Usually a simple LLC is all you need, since you're the marketing company and your white label provider handles the medical side. Some states have additional requirements, so confirm yours with your attorney.

How long does LegitScript take, and when do ads start?

21 to 28 days. Ads can go live within 14 days of certification. Please don't share your site publicly or make any massive changes to it until you're approved.

I'm already LegitScript approved. Do I need re-approval?

No. Share your LegitScript certification notice with us, and we'll make sure it's documented and configured for your build. You don't need to start the process over.

Website Build

When will my website be ready?

About 14 days from your onboarding call.

Does my website need to be perfect before ads launch?

No. Paid traffic goes to a dedicated product page, not your main website, so your website won't hold up your launch. We aim to get your site to a solid MVP, launch, and keep refining it afterward.

Can I change my website after launch?

Yes, any time. Website changes don't affect your ads. We check all copy changes for compliance before we make them.

Can I send examples of websites I like?

Yes, please. Links to sites you like help us match your vision faster.

How many rounds of revisions do I get?

Two rounds of feedback on your custom site. You can be as detailed as you like, including colors, layout, and copy.

Products And Pricing

Which products can I offer?

This depends on your white label selection and will be provided by your Account Director or white label partner once you've chosen.

What should I charge?

You'll get our recommended pricing reference with our suggestions, and we'll get your approval before pushing anything live.

Can I add products after the initial build?

Yes. Send us any products you'd like to add, and we can add more at a later stage.

Why launch ads with one product instead of everything?

Your full catalog can live on your website, but we run paid traffic to one focused offer to keep friction low. Upsells and additional products can be added later and promoted through email.

Payments And Billing

How do I take payments?

Through your own Stripe account connected to your platform. If you don't have one, we'll introduce you to a Stripe rep once you're LegitScript certified.

Scope And Working Together

How will we communicate?

You'll get Monday priorities and a Friday recap. Questions and feedback run async in Slack or Loom, and your plan may include strategy calls with Daniel.

Can I get more time with Daniel?

Your build includes two consulting calls. Additional calls are at his hourly consulting rate. Once marketing starts, you can meet with him biweekly, depending on how involved you want him to be.

Kickoff And Launch Timeline

When do ads go live?

Our target is within 14 days of your marketing kickoff call. We'll launch sooner if everything is ready. Blockers, such as a pending LegitScript certification, can move this.

What happens during those 14 days?

We build your ad creative (you review it), finalize your product page, test your email and SMS sequences, and run test purchases to confirm tracking works from the ad account to the CRM to your platform. We also build your campaigns and audiences, then hold an internal pre-launch review of everything before we launch.

What ad budget should I start with?

We confirm your month-one budget on the kickoff call. A new ad account has no data, so the first 7 days or so are a learning period. A larger starting budget shortens that period, but we can work with a number you're comfortable with. We'll be honest about what to expect at that level, and we won't increase it without your approval.

After You Launch

How does the patient flow work?

A patient clicks your ad and lands on your product page, then starts the intake form. Their info is captured as soon as they start (a partial intake), so we can follow up by email and SMS if they don't finish. After checkout, a provider reviews the intake, and if approved, the pharmacy fills and ships the order. Patients can track everything in their patient portal.

Can patients manage their own orders?

Yes, through the patient portal. They can see their medications and subscriptions, update their shipping address and billing details, cancel a medication, and track a shipment. We recommend a template message that points patients there.

Do I need to hire customer support?

We recommend handling customer service yourself at first, so you know what the role involves. Early volume is manageable. For clinical questions, your white label platform can support you.
